Description
Taylor design architect Andy Powers has redesigned Taylors Grand Symphony to give it a dramatic new sonic personality. Now powered by V-Class bracing, the reimagined body style also incorporates a soundport cutaway. Together, the design features leverage the air capacity of the body in a new way to create an airier, more high-fidelity, symphonic sound worthy of the body styles name. The way the sound radiates creates a more immersive, reverb-like effect with remarkable sustain. Notescontinue to bloom as they sustain out.
This uniquely stunning all-koa Grand Symphony showcases beautifully figured Hawaiian koa and levels up the exotic appeal with a soundport cutaway featuring elegantly sculpted ebony.
Premium appointments include maple Spring Vine fretboard/peghead inlays, maple binding with koa/maple top purfling, maple fretboard/peghead purfling, a single-ring maple rosette with koa purfling, a gloss-finish body with shaded edgeburst (entire guitar), Gotoh 510 tuners in Antique Gold, and ES2 electronics. It ships in a Taylor deluxe hardshell case.
