There is an oversprayed patch on the treble shoulder to protect a signature, and the sides and back show moderate finish wear. The back of the neck is nicely worn in, and is smooth and comfortable to play. There is a small bit of replacement binding on the bass side of the neck, which is mismatched but unnoticeable while playing. The binding on the treble side of the headstock just above the nut is missing.

Modifications/Repairs: -The bridge has been reglued and shaved slightly-A new bone saddle has been made-Repaired crack on the bass shoulder-There is a Chet Atkins signature on the treble shoulder, which has been oversprayed with clear lacquer-Small bit of replacement binding on the fingerboard.

Tech Notes: The guitar plays well with low action and optimal neck relief. The saddle is low as the neck is somewhat underset, but the guitar sets up and plays well. The wide frets are low with light play wear present. The serial number dates the guitar to 1974.
