Neck Details: Set Honduran mahogany neck with bound Brazilian rosewood fingerboard and small block inlays. The neck has been refretted and the original nut has been shimmed. The fingerboard was planed during the refret process. The tuner post holes have been modified to fit modern 10mm bushing tuners. There are extra holes in the back of the headstock from previously installed tuners.
Electronics: Original pickups and electronics; three-position selector switch with volume and tone controls for each pickup. The solder joints are untouched and the pot codes date to 1963.

Hardware: The tuner bushings have been replaced with 10mm conversion bushings and the old tuners have been reinstalled. All hardware is original except the bushings.

Cosmetic Condition: This vintage guitar is in good condition with wear consistent with its age. The finish is glossy, hazy, and weather checked. There are scratches and areas of wear throughout. The hardware has a present patina.

Tech Notes: The guitar plays well with low action. The frets are wide and tall, with minimal wear. The serial number dates to 1963 and 1967, as the Gibson serial number system has a duplicate serial number range for these years. The pot codes date to 1963.
