Electronics: The bass has been totally rewired, with two added pickups with volume and tone controls and separate output jacks for each. The mini-toggle switch adds the bridge pickup to the neck pickup when the neck output jack is being used; the pickups are out of phase with one another.

Hardware: The bridge has been replaced.

Cosmetic Condition: This vintage Ampeg bass shows moderate cosmetic wear, with checking and dings on the refinished body, and wear on the neck. There is a crack along the treble side of the body, which is held together with internal dowels. There is some movement around this crack, but it is held securely.
